ASTRIS

ASTRIS is the provider-neutral execution-efficiency layer for HELIX. It classifies work, defines acceptance criteria, limits context, selects the lowest-ECSC capable model, verifies results with deterministic evidence, repairs only failed components, and escalates only when justified. The package includes four budget modes, circuit breakers, usage telemetry, schemas, tests, and a HELIX V3 adapter.
